Two neighbouring fields in the Plymata area of Tseri, measuring 4,869 and 5,082 square metres, are listed with reserve prices of €21,000 and €21,500 respectively. Their proximity to Nicosia has attracted steady interest in recent years.
A 6,875-square-metre field in Ergates, in the Xylogiophyra area, has a reserve price of €22,300. It lies approximately 620 metres north of the road leading to Arediou and close to the community’s residential centre, offering a balance of access to Nicosia and countryside living.
Further into rural areas, a 12,820-square-metre plot in Farmakas is offered at €25,500. The property contains almond and fig trees, with approximately 90 metres of road frontage, reflecting the area’s agricultural character.
In Alona, a well-known Pitsilia community, a property near the church of Agios Georgios is listed with a reserve price of just €1,000. The village, situated between Madari and Papoutsa, is known for its mountainous landscape.
Properties in Limassol District
An agricultural property in Agios Therapon, measuring 19,399 square metres, has a reserve price of €15,900 and approximately 121 metres of frontage on an asphalt road. It is located close to the road leading to Alassa, with a winery in the wider area.
In the Kefalos area of Pano Kivides, a 15,051-square-metre field is listed at €24,500. It lies around three kilometres south of the community’s centre, near the Limassol-Paphos motorway, and borders a registered pathway with approximately 100 metres of frontage. The land contains olive and carob trees.
A smaller vineyard in Mandria, measuring 2,007 square metres, is included with a reserve price of €9,000. Located in the Kagalos area, around 1.7 kilometres east of the village centre, it is close to the Mandria-Pera Pedi road.
In Prodromos, a 1,134-square-metre field in a residential zone is offered at €24,000. The property is situated in the Kalianotis area, close to the village church and a short distance from the Trodhitissa-Prodromos road.
Properties in Paphos District
Outside Nata, a vineyard measuring 7,024 square metres in the Kallitzina area has a reserve price of €11,500. It is located approximately one kilometre from the Asprokremmos dam and a short distance from the village’s residential area, with access via a registered dirt road.
A second vineyard, measuring 3,122 square metres in Kathikas, is listed at €10,500. Situated in the Loulouta area, it is a short distance from the centre of this well-known Paphos community.
Another property with a reserve price of €1,000 is located in Agios Dimitrianos, in the Kampos Vounarkas area. The plot borders the road connecting the community with Kritou Marottou.
Properties in Larnaca and Famagusta Districts
A property in Mazotos, between Larnaca and Limassol, also carries a reserve price of €1,000. It is situated close to the centre of the community and a short distance from the local primary school, providing access to both urban centres.
Auction Schedule and How to Participate
The electronic auctions will take place through the eauctions platform. The Nicosia district auctions are scheduled for November 9 to 13, followed by Limassol from November 16 to 20. Paphos auctions will run from November 23 to 25, while Larnaca and Famagusta are scheduled for November 26 and 27 respectively.
